Then there were two....

Ive been working hard this past week....

Back to Sarah Fielke 2016 BOM ... Top almost complete, just need to sew six more block then cut and sew borders ( already appliqués and pieced)..

Just waiting on my Sarah Fielkes 2017 BOM templates so I can start my new quilt.. I'm sure the universe is making sure I'll finish the 2016 first lol....

Orange peel overload

This week has been busy with a new visitor and kid activities. In between I have been sewing away on my villie fleurie quilt....nothing like orange peels everywhere. I still have a huge pile to go but at least I have sewn big piles too...too scared to count to see how many are left.....

The weather hit 48c yesterday and today it's only 41c with really strong winds...stay safe people :) 

Tis the year for UFOs

This year I'm trying to be good and finish a lot of my UFOs. I started late last year on my pies and tarts, which is waiting for its border lol. In January I was busy with Gossip in the Garden and this month I'll be working on frog cottage designs, an EPP inspired project that I also played with last year.

 

Our little 4 year old has moved on and my days are now my own again ( most days) ... This might be the year I have a few finishes yay!

I have completed all the blocks for the Sarah Fielke 2016 bom.... Just need to sew the quilt top together.....
