With hours to spare....

I made it with a few hours to spare. I started stitching the stitchery last night and finished after lunch today...after I picked up the kids from school, I settled them down with afternoon tea and a movie and I quickly sewed my bag together. This is the second month Ive completed my SAL item on the last day of the month....lol...well what is a girl to do???? Since Christmas life has felt soo hectic.

A typical day here lately,  this afternoon our pig Schnitzel von Crumb and his girls Cruella and DeVille made an escape from their yard....the little girls stayed close but Schnitzel was found two gullys away.....DH roped him and walked him halfway home when piggy decided he was too tired and collapsed in a heap....along I come to the rescue with four excited kids 4 wheel driving ( arghhh the ground was wet lol) slip sliding to a tired hubby and pig.... end of the story Schnitzel has been reunited with Cruella and DeVille and I finished my bag.

I didnt even iron my bag when it was finished, I just wanted to take pics and get them on the blog so I could have a big TICK from Chookyblue .....

I hope I will be more prepared for next months project......hello "life" are you listening!!!!
